Where to start.Ordered a kudus shower enclosure for just under £500 in the belief it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days.phoned up after 10 days and was told it would be looked into. After two weeks it was found the item was lost [a heavy glass shower door].I was told a new order had been made and was given another three delivery dates each time I had lost work and the item never arrived The staff on the phone were today rude and unhelpfull and still i have not got my shower door and or a refund in full.THIS IS THE WORSE FIRM I HAVE DEALT WITH ON THE INTERNET AND CAN ONLY INFORM OTHERS TO KEEP WELL CLEAR. I SHALL INFORM ALL IF I GET MY REFUND AS PROMISED.

Use this firm a lot for tools and matirals.If i have a problem its sorted out straight away,this is why i keep useing them.Would recomend them

What can i say, if only all sites were like amazon.

Brought flying lanterns from this firm,we had brought them before but this box had diffrent fuel cells and would not light,no matter what i tried.I wrote to the firm with this complaint,no reply,i emaied on four ocasions no reply.They do not even answer the phone as i have tried several times.My view of this lantern is its not safe to use,shame proteam never got back to me.

Had the same as RUPPERT.B.B&Qs not bad
