DON'T waste your time or money! The $1.95 for the first 14 days is not bad at all. When it comes to the $39.80 for 1 month now that's when it gets ridiculous! All the bugs in the program like it constantly changing my city and state where I was employed, not being able to save it anywhere or transfer it to MS word etc. I thought this was really going to help me as I just got out of the navy but I am now realizing it was a complete waste of time and money! PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT WEBSITE!

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We also explain that the subscription is auto-renewing if not cancelled. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
I downloaded a copy of your resume in MS Word, and sent it your email address. I also cancelled and refunded the $39.80 as a courtesy credit. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. I have also sent you confirmation emails for your records.
