I paid for resume services and linkedin profile that would be for an executive role. Immediately i knew something was wrong-they do automated messages, zero live customer service, and you cannot get a refund it you are unhappy. What i got back was highschool level and just awful. I tried to get it fixrd with them but they never respond. AVOID!
Tip for consumers:
just dont. find an indivudual who does resumes-you spend a little more but the quality will actually be usable.

I am VERY worried about this website. I LOVE the items I ordered but don't know if i will ever see them! I haven't received a tracking number. My order still says 'processing'. You can't fill out an 'online ticket' for customer service because the page doesn't work (you click the submit button and nothing happens.) I paid for expedited shipping but have NO CLUE when I will actually get my order. There is no other way to get ahold of customer service. SO worried this is a scam.
