I was trying out some new software and designed my own business cards. I could not decide between two different color schemes and wanted to see the finished products before ordering in quantity. I searched numerous websites, finally settled on Vistaprint due to the price, and ordered a minimum number of cards in each color scheme. I was very pleasantly surprised when the cards arrived. They looked fantastic. I do want to caution you about two things, though:
1. If you are ordering more than one set of cards, put each in the shopping cart rather than ordering separately. You avoid additional shipping expenses by doing this but the company website really does not do a very good job of explaining that.
2. Be careful with the automatic default settings that adds an additional 250 cards at a very low price. If you do not de-select the option, you get charged for it automatically. Other than those two things, my experience was fast and easy and the end-products were top notch. I will definitely keep using this company!

I ordered about 10 jewelry items from them. The items arrived stuffed in one very small bubble bag with NO other protection. One watch arrived broken and, with only one exception, everything was JUNK. Items advertised as having "leather bands" were cheap imitations. Bracelets were mainly wrap-arounds or elasticized, with not a single clasp, and many "beads" were only dyed plastic. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare! It was apparent they did not want to refund money or have any items returned; plus, sending items back to China is expensive! The reviews I wrote were never posted so they may only use the positive ones. To me, that is very deceptive for potential customers. A reputable business publishes ALL reviews, not just the good ones. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered two rugs from Costco and the quality and price were well above what I expected. I was very pleased and will not hesitate to order from then again.

I ordered two items from this company which were supposed to be new but reboxed. I only opened one before returning both. Both were in original boxes, one of which was badly smashed. I never even opened that one. The one I did open contained sheets and sheets of printed material FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. The printed material included the woman's name, address, telephone number, PayPal account and PASSWORD, which she had inadvertently included with the returned item. WORX had apparently never even opened the box after it was returned to see what was remitted, much less checked to see if everything worked! Additionally, they had not even valued a customer enough to protect her confidentiality. I do not want to do business with such a lax and careless company so I sent both items back. I also called the lady, explained what happened, and returned her personal documents directly to her. What if a dishonest person had received the poor woman's PayPal information? Yes, she should have been more careful but she was elderly and taking care of a very ill husband. WORX should have been more careful, valued their customer and protected her confidentiality. I will NEVER do business with them again and neither will that poor woman!

I have ordered an inordinate amount from Amazon. Everything has been delivered on time and if I had any problems with the merchandise, Amazon Customer Service was always great. Unlike some other websites, Amazon solicits honest customer feedback and they publish the good along with the not-so-good. I find it a slap in the face for online merchants to publish only the good reviews because it is so unfair to people who want to read the good and the bad so they can make informed decisions.

I have spent quite a bit with Wayfair and their customer Service Dept has been very cooperative. The main complaint I have is that I wrote a very truthful review about some uncomfortable furniture and Wayfair refused to post it. The items are still showing up with a 5 star rating but only the good reviews are showing up. That is not fair to others who are considering buying the same items. Wayfair should publish all reviews, not just the favorable ones. What good are reviews if the company refuses to publish all of them?
