I received an e-mail from them on 26/07/13 saying payment has been made and will be in my account within 3 - 5 working days. As I hadn't received the money I called them on *******064 (number not even on website) on 09/08/13 and was told payment would be sent and I will receive it in 48 hours. The person I spoke to sounded like a robot and wouldn’t answer my questions properly; he simply repeated what he had already said with attitude. It is now 13/08/13 and still no money. I have been trying to call all day, waiting in long queues with an annoying message replaying over and over again. I finally got through and the person hung-up while I was still explaining the reason for my call. I am now going to get advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau as something is definitely not right here. My guess is these positive reviews are fake as I have read other ones like mine on Trustpilot and then these have been taken off after reported as being false.
