I placed an order for some KS sunglasses that I found out weren't available from the site. The site took over 2 weeks to inform me of this and only acknowledged that I had no product after I sent an email. They then informed me that the product wasn't available from the manufacturer. In the email that stated this, they showed me alternate KS styles I might like. I chose not to respond to the email as I was not interested in the other styles. So, Lensntrends then went on to charge me the full price of the sunglasses that weren't available even though they had no product shipped to me! I had to tell them I wasn't interested in another style and so then they offered me a refund. The refund never hit my account and I had to start a dispute of the charge with my credit card company who was able to remove the charge from my statement. I would never recommend this place. How can you charge someone for something that you never provided them?!?
