TOTAL SCAM SERIOUSLY I OPT FOR THE 7 day trial and then I DID CANCEL literally the next day... Come to find 10 months later they have been billing me the entire time! Never once sent me any email or statement! RIDICULOUSSSSSSSS, I HAD TO TAKE TIME TO CALL THEM TWICE ANC HAVE A LIVE.CHAT TO FINALLY GET THEM TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! And of course no refund! They could clearly see I had no ACVOUNT ACTIVITY AND DID NOT SEEM TO GIVE A@$)&! Not to mention their documents are crap!

Nayra, If you had cancelled within the 7 days there would be no charges. With the limited information you provided, I cannot check your individual account or locate a chat without more details. We do send you an email to confirm your license selection and the time and date to cancel appear on that email, we also send the receipt email which also shows the same details and we also send you an email if billing commences. These emails are all saved in your Account Messages. We have record of inbound calls so we can check to see if your phone number appears in the month you think you cancelled. We check all that if someone thinks they cancelled. When you select a license option, you are selecting it based on access to documents and we do not monitor your usage or the number of documents you prepare. Our documents are prepared by our attorneys and thousands access them every day. They are not crap as you stated.
