The first time I purchased the chatting service, I noticed that I was charged twice for the service. I was irate when I received the bill at the end of the month. I immediately called the service department and was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was under 2 minutes. When I explained the issue, I was immediately given an apology for the error and was issued a refund for the 2nd charge. Now, if charmingdate.com service department could just take over the DMV.
