I just want my $72.10 back that I didn't have! It really pissed me off that they willing went back into my damn account and took my $$$! I am still in disbelief about this! I deactivated my account asap but I am not sure if they will still be taking $$$ out my account. I need to go to my credit union asap! I just want a refund that's it!

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. Our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
