This place sucks I ordered a hoverboard and my house caught fire while it was charging. It ruined my life, burned my car in the garage, and my whole living room. Then my wife had left me and even took the kids because she didn't want me to buy it in the first place. Wow, not to mention the house is still being paid off, I hate this site I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here, the hoverboard was also all in Chinese.

This is my second review on this issue. I purchased this gown from DHGate for my granddaughters...

I understand the need for concern, so let us do our best to help you with this. But first, can you please just provide us the Order Number (PO#)? That way, we can pull up the order details on our end.
To get the order(PO#) number please do the following:
[1] Login to your DHgate account.
[2] Go to "My DHgate".
[3] On the left hand portion of the screen you'll see "Orders".
[4] Under Orders, click on "Active Orders"
[5] It will show you a page with all the orders that are still active, look for the specific item of concern and you'll find the PO# on the left side.
Once we have your PO#, we will continue in helping you with this issue. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to message us back.
