6pm went above and beyond with their customer service. Sadly, I was shipped the wrong size shoes but 6pm did everything right in turning what could have been a bad situation (we've all dealt with those sites!) into what should be the business model for all shopping sites. Not only were they extremely apologetic about their error, the representative, as we spoke, created a new order to be sent it out before I even had a chance to even pack up the wrong ones. Here is the above and beyond... I was not expected to pay for the correct ones and wait for them to receive the wrong ones to credit my credit card!
Now with free shipping I love 6pm!
