6 hours after booking I received an e-mail from "*******@bookinggroup.com" notifying me that my reservation was cancelled, without stating a specific reason. When calling their office, they informed me that my reservation was cancelled because they ran out of cars at that location. However, they offered me for $20 MORE another car that is 4 classes LOWER than what I originally reserved! I sent an e-mail requesting them to find a solution since it is now one day later in California (apparently they're located in Latvia) and other rates have gone up already. I received this response "I see this booking is cancelled. Of course no charges for that." I received no further response to my subsequent e-mail.
