I have made several orders on different sites and this is the worst ever to come across. 1st they seem to have computerized answers to queries. I made an order last month and its indicated shipped since 17th October, when I try to inquire of its status all am being told is that it takes 10-24days yet the 24 days have passed. They also say that I didn't request for an online tracking no, I think them being the sellers they should be able to tell the client of the status of their order if its long overdue. I also inquired if the funds have already been released to the seller as other sites don't release the funds until the order is delivered, they didn't say anything. I feel really hurt and conned of my hard earned cash by this guys.
