Horrible customer service. I ordered a Christmas present from them in November - they charged me right away but have not shipped the order nor will they respond to my numerous emails. Forget calling them on the phone - they don't answer and don't allow you to wait in queue. Horrible customer service

Tip for consumers:
Order from someone else - a company that truly wants your business and will at least respond to you

I liked the invitations but didn't like zazzle putting marketing on the envelopes very dssapointed.
