I ordered reusable produce bags from this company through an add on Facebook. One month later never received the product and I've been billed. I tried to contact but haven't been able to find or locate customer service number or email. Will contact my CC company and see if they can do anything.

Two weeks since order and never received bracelet. Tracking stops on Aug. 9th and seems item never left China. I was very unhappy and contacted my cc company to dispute but a couple of days after I did that I did receive my bracelet and got a reply from Prana Heart so it took almost three weeks to receive and the bracelet is ok not worth what I paid. But I will keep it but would not order from them again.

I have ordered from Lands End for years. Good quality and they are easy to do business with. No problems returning if need be. In fact my whole family and I have ordered from them for years.

I like the products Tunics I got from Zulily. One skirt was kind of cheap but fairly priced and I saw something similar in a store and it was more expensive. Items shipped out in a fair amount of time. So far happy and I would order from them again.

I always get help when I need it. I only shop in the stores and I have purchased everything from a dryer to a frig. I also always get help in the store with a friendly staff.

I never had a problem with a return and I like the clothing line they have. Clothing holds up and lasts. I am always looking to see what they have.

At the stores it depends on departments and which stores. I have had some great customer service and then I have been ignored and they lost a sale. I do like the selection they have in there stores. I have never shopped on line.

DON't order from them. Wrong size and never received half my order. I tried to return but screen would freeze and never got to start a return ticket. I tried calling and voice mail was full and they disconnect. TERRIBLE so unhappy I never have dealt with such a crappy business.

Ordered two pairs of socks. I Never received them. Took them 3 months just to send them out and...
