I have been ordering from Macy's online for a long time. My orders arrive in a timely manner, and the emails with shipping info are straight on.
This company is a total scam. With my first order I was made a "member". Going forward a charge was made to my account for months... something like 45.00. I called company, I had a very hard time getting a refund.
I received a so called credit towards future purchases... which I have been unable to use successfully.
