They dont deserve a star even, bad customer service, idiots sunning social media websites, and the customer help are hiding behind the "send email we dont receive calls" game so they dont replay to you except with nonsense repeated bull$#*!.
Beside whether it was their mistake they satisfy you with a biiiig gift which is "we are sorry we are restricted"!
