I placed a order for a blue tablet an some earrings. I recieved my earring but not the tablet. I email because they are "so busy" they cant take calls. I then recieved my tablet an on Christmas day my daughter opened it an it eas black not blue with a neon green styles pen! WTf! I emailed AGAIN. They claim they would help but its been a week and nothing! I emailed again and this "Vicent" guy emailed back an had the nerve to tell me to call the manufacture at *******079. Yeah this company is also a scam. I was on hold over an hour two different days an even got a auto msg stating the number is not in service! No more rack is a joke an love to take customers money an dont care about service. I have a blog that i will write about this issue on. Since they dont care an wont help me Im contacting the BBB to write a complaint! Good luck everyone and please contact the BBB as well about them.
