This company is awesome! I love the Prime program, we have been members for several years. Their customer service is awesome. If there is an issue this company will do right by you to fix it. I will remain a very loyal customer to Amazon, they have treated me and my family very well.

I have never had any issues shopping with Best Buy but part of that is because I don't shop much there anymore. I am not a fan of their policies, especially return policy. We purchased a camera the day before our honeymoon only to find out after we left it wasn't working. By the time we got back from our honeymoon the 10/15 day return period was up and we were told nothing they could do and to contact the mfg. I had to spend my own money to send it back to mfg only to learn that the camera had been damaged and possibly dropped. This was supposed to be a brand new camera. My husband did mention that the box appeared to look like it had been re-taped shut. The mfg did fix it for us and I had to pay again to have it returned to me. I still purchase things from best Buy sometimes but a little more leery on the more expensive items. Usually Walmart or Amazon have the same thing cheaper and their protections plans are much cheaper as well.

I get withdraws if I don't go to Target at least once a week ;) I really like Target, they are a great store to shop at and I love the red card program. We also shop online and have not had any issues.

I LOVE this place! They are a fantastic company. Their employees are knowledgeable and well trained. They don't just stick people out on department floors to work there. When we were shopping for a car seat, we went to "unmentioned" competitor (are us) and when we asked questions they stood there and read to us right off the box. When we went to Buy Buy Baby the employee knew his stuff, he wasn't just working that department they had trained him to help these customers. He spent a couple hours helping us and fitting different seats into our vehicle to help us find the one that would fit the right way and the safest. Same thing when we were looking for a monitor, they guys knew his stuff! He went over all the different aspects of electronics in our house and what style of house we had and what we needed for our lifestyle and helped us find the best monitor for us. I have never hesitated to ask questions, the employees are always helpful and pleasant. They accept competitor coupons, match pricing and no questions asked. I recommend this store to anyone who is going to register for a baby and or needs baby items.

The quality of the clothes are going down hill and the prices are going sky high. TCP used to have great prices and great sales, not anymore. One day they will have an items marked $8.95 on their website and they next day they have a HUGE blow out sale going on and all of a sudden that item is now $14.95 so even after the 20% off you still pay more. I don't even bother to go into the stores anymore b/c they are always a wreck and disorganized and the stock is very low. Some items don't fit the same. I can get a pair of leggings in the same size just different colors and one pair will be an inch longer than the other, very frustrating. I hope to see an improvement at least in their pricing and sales.

Gymboree used to put out really cute and GREAT quality clothing. The quality has really gone down hill along with the style. Almost everything is now screen print opposed to where they used to embroider things. The shirts are always white, no color anymore for girls/little girls. I love this store and keeping holding my breath hoping for an improvement to the way they used to make things but it just seems to get worse and myself and many of my other friends find ourselves shopping other places now.

This company started out okay but has since grown into a very dishonest "company". First they do not donate anything, the resell it for their own profit! They will cut the tags off of your brand new items and send them back to you stained and gross! They will tell you they will except certain items and then throw it into their reject pile (gee wonder why?). They recently raised their sellers fees and you would think they would employ more help. Nope, for over a month they have been accepting boxes with confirmation they would be processed in 10-15 days. SEVERAL people's boxes have been "lost" in this process and several are still waiting and it has been over a month for the boxes to be processed, yet they charge you your fee as soon as it hits their back door. Of course, this works out to their advantage b/c now you can't sell your seasonal items b/c they have sat there for a month or so and Swap can offer you pennies while they turn around and sell it other places. Yes, they do sell on other websites and locally. There was also a post on their page several weeks ago about a lady who found her rejected items that were supposed to be donated listed for sale somewhere. Of course swap removed that post as well. DISHONEST... you are better having a yard sale and selling it for $1.00 or donating to a charity of your choice so that you can claim it yourself, than getting involved with these people.
