Tonight was the last straw. Probably a 75% success rate. But if 1 out of 4 times you don't get dinner it's not a good situation. Usually what happens is you order, your food is 'being prepared', and then after 30-40 minutes you get a call telling you that there never was any order, it's cancelled, there's no driver, etc.
The problem is grubhub is a good idea that doesn't really work. They can't make restaurants look at a fax machine, they can't entice them to pay attention. Restaurants repeatedly told me it is MY fault for using grubhub, and I finally agree w/ them.
