I received part of my order and learned the US Department of Agriculture had confiscated a packet of pepper seeds and destroyed them. I contacted customer service and sent them a copy of the USDA form as requested and they accused me of lying about a buck and a half packet of seeds. Their prices are reasonable but their customer service is rude. UPDATE: Banggood customer service contacted me via email and refunded more than they owed me. They explained how they did not mean to imply that I might be lying and I believe they are sincere. I have changed my opinion about Banggood and will continue doing business with them. As I wrote earlier they do have great prices but I still cannot recommend purchasing seeds from any foreign sources because you run a great risk of having them intercepted by customs and destroyed.
