Worked when it worked. They supposedly changed shippers and told me they didn't deliver to my zip anymore. They have $280 of my money that they won't refund. Have tried every contact point available. Thought my sponsor Capt. Jack would facilitate a refund, and although he was pleasant about his reply, nada from that avenue either. Can't believe I was so stupid - and now helpless. May 7,2013

Crooks. Stay away. Scam Alert - ordered some herbs. Site says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or refund. Sent mine back for refund with the packing slip. The packing slip in only thing that comes with product. No instructions for return. But, they didn't refund. Got a runaround. They tell you you needed an return authorization for the refund, which is info. Only on the website and not with the package you receive, so you end up out of your money and they get to resell your return to another sucker. It's a scam.
