My problem starts with the company sending me the completely wrong style and color of the shoe I ordered, and then continues to get worse once customer service gets involved. I have never been more aggravated in my life. I am now going on 2 weeks of trying to solve my problem, and with each email that is exchanged, a different person responds, and clearly doesnt care to read the previous emails because I am no further now than I was two weeks ago when I started talking to them. At this point I have explained that I no longer give a sh*t about getting the correct shoe, I just want my money back, but I cant get in touch with someone who will get me a refund because my emails keep getting bounced around. If they just sent me the right shoe from the very beginning we wouldnt be having this issue, and now its my problem to take care of all because some idiot wasnt doing their job correctly when shipping my shoes.
