I returned an item using their return label, not thinking I would need to keep a photo of the tracking. They now are lying saying they don't know the tracking on their own label! Says it is my fault. They have my return and I'm out $500! Had to open a dispute with my bank. Theives

I ordered $400 worth of merchandise which was not delivered to me and they claimed it was with nothing but a tracking number. Not signed for and no picture. I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. Terrible customer service. This company has no integrity.
Spent thousands here and they lost my business because of their absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service. They wouldn't replace my lost package and when I got upset they told me to " speak respectfully to them" $#*! you Monday swimwear, devin Brugman and Tasha Oakley
Purchased the SOL body oil and it smelled terrible like chemicals and not good. Customer service said no refunds. Don't expect them to have integrity of any kind.
What store only gives store credit nowadays? A $#*!ty one that doesn't stand by their product. I told them I would be contacting my bank to refund my return and the response was "go ahead we are not going to help" I won't shop here again

They try to force your refund to the shein wallet, take weeks to ship items, how in the world are they in business?

They put our site on their site without our permission and took reviews from our facebook page. Then they do not let companies reply! Does not tell the whole story. Total scam. They got my review taken down from another site because they claimed I was not a customer. It is total lies and garbage. Please do not believe a thing that's on their website. Also they scammed me out of money saying to Paypal them money to get my company off their site. They took the money and ran! If not a scam what is? They prey upon online businesses.
Just without warning wanelo said our store is not verified. Sent them some emails. If issue gets resolved I will update you all
