Am Travelling and need to discuss few roaming issues with them two times I have put my east roam on and fixed a call back schedule but NO CALL & there is no way to contact ONLY AI CONTACT WHICH IS BULL $#*!. Can't believe that in this modern ere such monsters can survive. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME

Every week they issue new flyers but not backed up by products. Few qtys, may be for couple of customers are kept & whole day they would say that the stuff is sold out. In this case sustomers have to go to no frills & freshco to match. This is totally unethical practice. If you dont have enough stock no need to promote that product dishonesty

Koodo mobile woodbine center. I got 3 lines last Nov21. Staff was very good and cooperative. Today i went to check on boxing day deal. ITS A DISASTER. PERSON WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. NO MANNERS TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. IN FACT ASKING ME WHY DID I WASTE MY TIME COMING TO THE SHOP. SOLVE YOUR ISSUES ON LINE.

I bought a Sony 85 inches tv for $ 2999. 99 From hiway7/Weston store toronto. The salesman asked me that they could provide delivery, mount & installation for additional 100$ which I agreed. While making the invoice he played the trick to put service installation charges for a hefty amount of 320$. & discounted the tv price with same amount. Mounting was done but once after a week I went to return the tv they deduct 320$ for mounting which is hardly costing 100$ from any other source. Their logic is they would return tv charges but not service. This is incredible they deducted a hefty amount and made their profit. It's a good company but this way of making money is not ethical. My logic is while making the invoice I insisted to put tv value & don't break the invoice but they said you don't need to worry it's internal matter. Be careful & look at your invoice carefully once they provide you free installation. My confidence on this company totally gone

Products are nicely displayed. Best company to buy construction material. Stands behind their products. Return policy is good. Staff is reasonably friendly. Sometimes take lot of time to get your online booked products from the store.

It's a company with no substandard products. Products are nicely racked and display is quite decent. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing need improvement is to reduce their prescription charges in order to get more and more people in. By decreasing or making prescription charges they could have a big inflow of customers who could buy lot of other items in the store. Weekly sales and flyers are quite reasonable.

They had been producing wonderful, useful and very innovative products, however the restriction area is tremendous and is heavily protected. Thanks to android that every thing is approachable. All sites could be loaded and worked out easily.
In future Apple has to give some flexibility into this protected areas and make it more approachable and user friendly

With the passage of time this company has gone expensive. Price matching has gone difficult. The quality of products is quite decent and good. Food and vegetable products are fresh. Customer service is quite nice and return policies are quite effective.
They have to improve their prices

H&M used to be a good company in terms of prices as the quality was always low/medium and used to cater lower end of the market. Because of these prices sales increased many foods. Prices were always matching to the quality standards. Products were made mainly in china, Bangladesh, Pakistan, turkey and some other countries 6 to 8 years back.
Now Rs totally Bangladesh show. Cheaper and poor quality stuff. Msometimes styles and quality is also reasonable but prices have been increased many fold which do not fit under their banner. It's better to come back to their originality as far as prices are concerned

I have bought many things from them. A class products and returns are made with apologies

This number one Giant of the globe meets most of the requirement needed to bring every class of the people. We have great faith in them as our day to day buying partner. Price matching makes them sometimes the only store you would like to visit. One thing which lacks badly is the unavailability of the staff for guiding the customer. In case you need help for something it's hardly available. Improvement in this sector could make them five star and almost unbeatable.

Good company. Long time association. Product is good. No one is in the store to guide you for any thing. Staff is not friendly

I do lot of shopping from them. They may not be cheapest.
No one has a better customer service, care n guidance than them. Return policy is excellent. Staff is friendly a least at my place in bolton Ontario

I had been buying for last 2 years. Except for one or two time the experience is not so bad. Honestly speaking you have to select the supplier based on the quantity of orders in his hand and reviews. For sure not the cheapest one. This is the point where most people make mistake and then pay penalty
