Recently I ordered some packages from Amazon to MyUS but I forgot to put my suite number in the shipping address. Hence, the packages were not updated into my inbox when they got delivered. So I contacted the customer services of MyUS and they told me that they found the packages, 1 was in another person's inbox, and because of that they needed the Amazon invoices of the packages.
These e-mails were exchanged in just minutes, their response was so fast. I sent them the invoices and in a minute they replied saying that the packages were transferred into my inbox and were released from hold.
I commend the customer service members of MyUS include; Alison, Judy, Angel, etc. I highly recommend MyUS for 3rd party package forwarding.
