I ordered some customised mugs for a Christmas present, I ended up spending over $50. When the mugs did come they had sent me someone else's order! When i emailled them I recieved an automated email, no apology. An apology would have been nice because by the time the new shipment came Christmas had been and gone. Today I recieved the reprinted mugs and they have been printed on different sizes, when i ordered all the same size!
I would not deal with Zazzle again

I ordered some shirts for Christmas presents, they didn't come in the time specified i. E. before Christmas. I emailed them about it, they were nice about it and said they would send out another shipment and if the other order happens to come then I could keep them both. I was glad it was a personalised email, however annoyed my Christmas presents didn't come till after Christmas. I recieved it in the mail today, however wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the printing on the t-shirts.

I regularly buy books from booktopia. Great website, quick delivery, no fuss.

I love Jinga shoes! I ordered a pair and got them very quickly, despite them being on the otherside of the world! The pair were too small so I returned them and ordered another two pairs (one for a Christmas present) and they came within a week! They were a pleasure to deal with, no fuss, just two pairs of stylish, trendy, comfy and ethically produced shoes. Will definately buy from them again in the future.
