I ordered a product and paid for urgent delivery. It arrived a week late. And only 50% of the parts were in the parcel making the products not usable.
I gave away the product as a gift so asked if they could either send the missing parts or refund in full. I am not in position to return the parts already arrived.
They replied I would not receive anything back unless i send them the parts I had on hand or they would send me a voucher for 50% of the value. I do not ever want to shop with them again so what use is the voucher? And 50% of the value…?
