I tried this website after I saw some youtube reviews about it and was very careful to take my measurements and read the description box many times to ensure I did not have the same problems as others did and my shipment arrived is 5 days (I chose Jcex) And everything was great! The customer support team were very polite and helpful. I think the way they reply to you depends on the way you speak to them. I bought 2 bags and some clothing and all was perfect.

I wrote previous review about souq.com that was mostly positive but after multiple negative experiences with them by me and most of my family I decided to warn people here. Souq does not provide protection for the consumers. We ordered many lipsticks from different sellers and go shipped random products with different colors than what we ordered. Souq refuses to give you a cash refund even though they say they do in the website. Their reply is extremely late and they DO NOT LET YOU WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW on the sellers page... only the positive reviews are posted. We decided to decrease our dealing with this website until they learn to respect the right of the consumers

We ordered 2 ipohone covers and it said it would arrive in a week.

It arrived after 2 MONTHS.

First I emailed them and asked them about the order they apologized and said they had a problem with the suppliers (They only bothered to tell us after 2 weeks had passed and we had started to worry). After a whole month we emailed them again and they apologized and apologized but WOULD not tell me where the order was at that time and it made us so mad they just avoided the question through all the emails and kept saying it will arrive it will arrive. In the end we just accepted that they probably didn't ship it so we asked for a refund and they completely ignored out emails from then on. We were convinced we were scammed and they took our money.

It arrived after 2 whole months. Their support team knows only how to apologize. I wasn't given actual information.
