Ordered a jacket from this website. Over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped out. Funny how quick they were at processing my payment but can't send out one simple item. There is no 24/7 chat, it always says it's "unavailable" and you have to send an email that you will never get a response from. Judging by the other comments here IF I ever actually get my package it looks like it will have been a waste of 100 dollars as it will probably look nothing like the photograph online or even fit me. And to that jollychic rep that keeps commenting his apologies on everyone's reviews, why don't you put your money where your mouth is and actually do something like refunding people's accounts instead of scamming money from them.
