Very buggy website, often quits in the middle of a transaction.

TERRIBLE customer service! I sent back items worth hundreds of dollars over a month ago, and after hearing nothing about my refund, called their cs #. The woman, in very broken English had difficulty figuring out where my items are & said she didn't think they offer refunds! This might be a case for the bbb

I have to agree with other reviewers... sometimes great products and good prices, but what does it matter when you never receive the item you ordered?! I ordered a watch that was for some reason non-returnable... in the picture, it looked small, was not listed as a man's watch... on a site that sells mostly womens things, i never thought that what i received would be this large, bulky mans watch that I will never wear! When I inquired about returning it as it was not properly labeled, I was told it was non- returnable! $160 down the drain! In 2010 I ordered a set of bamboo bowls... two or the five bowls arrived, after quite a delay. I waited awhile to see if the others would come before contacting customer "service". When I finally did, I was told I had to return the bowls I had received to receive a refund... they were out of stock of the other items I had ordered. But I wanted the bowls, I'd ordered them for a reason! Despite being on the phone w the cs woman for quite awhile, she still couldn't understand the concept of refunding me for what I didn't receive. I was flabbergasted when she said that I would only be refunded for the portion of the order that I sent back! I yelled How can I send you things I never received! What an idiot! I ended up keeping the 2 bowls & eating my loss. Incredibly terrible customer "service". I'm SO glad to see I'm not alone... if I had known it wasn't just my bad luck with ideeli I would've made a bigger stink!

Our return policy is based on one of our primary goals: keeping our prices as
Low as possible for our members. For that reason, no returns, credits or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items.

Our prices would have to be significantly higher in every category in order to accept returns on these items, which are expensive to administer. (Keep in mind that, even in full-price stores, final sale items are often non-returnable.) Instead, we’d rather pass those savings on to you as part of the ideeli shopping experience.

We believe that our return policy strikes a good balance that considers all the needs of our members. We also strive to be extremely transparent when it comes to letting you know what is and is not returnable, providing information from the first time you click on an item to your order confirmation.

And I am very sorry to hear that your bamboo bowls order arrived incomplete. I'd like to make that right. Can you please send me a message with your order details? I'd be happy to credit you for the items you did not receive.
