It easily for seller to rob u.
U can easily lose ur money without a help of customers service. Thats the story:
U will buy something e.g. tablet (200 USD), shipping method DHL(40 USD). After few days u observe that the seller has shipped ur tablet via China post. U send him a message and he will aswer u that u should open a dispute. U will do it and will win. Dispute finished. Everything fine, except u dont get the money back (for DHL - 40 USD) and of course the tablet after another few weeks as well. No more possible to contact the seller. OK, u will contact the support center. But they will shock u havily - they answer: "You can only open a dispute once. For your order, since an agreement has been reached within you and the seller, the dispute was closed and you can no longer open another one."
Result: u have lost 240 USD, seller has no responsibility and aliexpress.com dont care. At the end best answer how they are interested in customers satisfaction and security:
"My question: pls could u send my an email address where can i send my complain?"
