I ordered my berries for Friday delivery. On Saturday I get a message that they "Shipped!". On Monday night I get melted and broken berries, 2 dozen of them! Everyone is GONE for Mothers Day. They have LEFT. I am stuck with crappy melted berries. If they couldn't deliver on that Friday, then just say so! I ordered a week ahead of time so they should have known what their logistics supply chain could handle based on previous holidays and previous complaints. Sent a picture and an email back to Sharis. They responded with a "We are delighted to hear your gift was a success". Ok, so I guess they don't read customer complaints and look at pictures.
