Horrible, terrible, very bad company! Ordered a dress. Paid for expedited shipping. They sent a completely different dress. Their only response is return it, as they no longer have the one I ordered. If I purchased the dress and it was the last one, why don't they still have it? Did they send that one to someone else? Are they selling air and hoping you keep the other dress, that they can't move otherwise? It looks like trough these reviews that this is common practice! Stay away!

This dress was not intentionally sent to you but it may have been mislabeled or in the location of the correct dress which is why it was mistakenly sent out. We may not have it in stock since it was thought that the dress you did receive was the correct one, and we keep very little inventory.
We'll always allow for a return for a full refund back to form of payment if something is sent to you incorrectly and I'm happy to process it for you if you haven't already contacted customer service. Please provide me with your order information and I will process a return for a full refund back to form of payment and will make sure that the expedited shipping fee is refunded as well.
