Sounds great on paper, but in reality all they do is take photographs and stick them on Rightmove and Zoopla. Their valuations are based on others in the area (you can check that yourself using Rightmove to see what has sold), and usually they let you decide (they gave me a range of between £120 and £130K). But the killer is, when you feel they're doing nothing for you, and want to sack them after 3 months without a viewing, you can't, well not without paying them in FULL. May sound cheap, but there's a reason for that.

It was my first trip to the USA, December 1999. It was cold. Freezing in fact. I'd heard about New York Winters, but wasn't prepared for this. So there I was in Old Navy. Saw this coat, loved it, bought it, and to this day it remains the warmest coat I've got. Love it.

I signed up for a free trial while I was on another website, and the ad popped up. The email they sent confirmed no cost, but the small print at the bottom (which I never saw at the time) says they will bill $50/month after the 5 days. Who would pay that anyway to stream movies or play games?
A right rip off.
