After ordering a tablet and 2 cell phones previously, with minimal complications, I decided to order another phone as a gift for my son. Because of the previous complications, customer service agreed to give me 12% off on my order. I ordered with expedited shipping.
I never received the discount even after numerous emails to customer service. I received my phone A MONTH late. The phone was supposed to be 3G, GPS and other features. The only thing that this Jaike -11 is good for is making phone calls. I discussed the features that I wanted with customer service BEFORE ordering. I discussed the discount and expedited shipping BEFORE ordering. One would think that SOME type of compensation would be given for previous complications but it was a cold slap in the face when nothing was done.
IF YOU LIVE IN THE US AND YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM EVERBUYING, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I will be glad to post or show my communication with customer service at anyone's request. We, the consumer, should NOT HAVE TO SUFFER A LOSS OF GOODS AND SERVICES for the money we give to this FALSE ADVERTISING COMPANY. Use your hard earned money wisely. Heed this warning. Let the BUYER BEWARE of Everbuying.
