“Great Business Model - take the money and don't provide the products”

I ordered back in August and never received anything. After two months and many inquiries, I was given "credit" on the everbuying website. I have attempted many times to use the "credit" that I was given but the checkout process never lets me complete anything with the useless credit they have given me. I guess they expect that I will give them more money that they can keep without providing any products. What a scam! Also, their tone when responding to my requests was unprofessional and they kept telling me that I need to be patient. I ordered in mid-August and it is now mid-November, how patient do I need to be?
