This company scammed me with two lies!
The first lie is that I was told that this company couldn't process my senior discount with AAA and that I could do that at check in with the hotel. I called the hotel and they said that they couldn't honor the discount because the reservation had already been made!
The second lie was when he said the price of the room was 98.00.
When we talked to another customer service rep at Reserve Desk said the price on her computer said 61.74.
The next customer service at Reservation Desk said that it would take 5 to 7 days to review the recording
And that they would get back to us then.
After that it took them 5 to 10 minutes to email me that they had decided not to allow the discount.
If they had really listened to the "recording" they said they had, they would have seen that we were lied to. I guess that made it a third lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
