I did an order on 22th. Shipping time frame was 3-5 business days since I paid 21,14€ for Express Delivery and they now say on My Order page:
Received Payment - All Shipped Pending Processing - Estimated shipping date April 01,2015, which they are 10 days just to send it and then, I guess, another 3-5 business days as they say or maybe more.
I have tried to get a ticket to get in touch with Customer Service but I can't see any link or email or whatever.
This is the only thing I got: http://www.lightinthebox.com/knowledge-base/c1192/a2974.html; and it is useless because I have read several times what the page says but as I told before there is nothing on there to get a ticket or email to contact them.
I just wanted to ask a couple of things but it is impossible!
