I have been an enthusiastically recommending Raise user for the past year. I have saved over $7000 with them. Does this tell you how many gift cards I have bought?
Their customer service was excellent. If you called them someone was there to pick up the phone and solve the problems. If you emailed them, they were prompt to return your email and solve the problem. They were courteous and efficient. I had a great deal of confidence in their reliability... till the past two months. There must be some big change going on.

PHONE CALLS ARE NOT PICKED UP ANYMORE!
EMAILS DO NOT GET RETURNED FOR CLOSE TO A WEEK ON TOPIC REGARDING GIFT CARDS WHICH WERE ISSUED BUT HAS NO MONEY IN THEM!

I do not have confidence in their service.
I really do not understand how some recent reviews laud their prompt service. I have called on many many different times, close to 20 times in the past two months. They put me on hold for ever and ever. I was never able to get through. I am really sorry to see them drop their service like this.

I SURE HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TURNS AROUND! I decided to go else where.

Tip for consumers:
Used to be an excellent company. They took one week to review gift cards issued which had no money in them. I thought they were never going to get back to me....they do NOT pick up their phone calls...you should call them before you buy any gift cards to make sure for yourself.
