I wished I would have read the reviews BEFORE I made my purchase! This is the worst online company I have ever shopped on! I purchased a pair of Prada glasses and the lens were scratched. I've tried calling this company but the 1800 # doesn't let you talk to anyone. I was lucky (?) to have been able to leave a couple messages, although no one returns your call. You can't return an item without getting it authorized with them first. So I guess they conveniently don't respond so the return expiration date will have passed. My next the step is the Better Business Bureau. I wish I could give them a "zero" as a rating!
