If you are looking for a SCAM, then ticketnetwork and ticketworld are the right vendors for you. I had a surprise weekend planned for my boyfriend, where I bought Red Sox tickets from Ticketnetwork. I also had to buy airfare, rental car, and hotel for these tickets. After 5 days passed I should have received my tickets or the airbill with the tracking number, I called. The customer service is garbage, my weekend was ruined, and I was devastated.

Hello Michelle! Thank you for your comments! I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. There was indeed an issue with your ticket order, which we resolved for you. The original ticket seller ended up refunding you 125% of your order because they couldn't supply the tickets. This refund has already been processed. Your credit card company may not have released all the funds to you yet. We additionally procured new tickets for you with a $150 discount applied. You ended up getting similar tickets for the event in a nearby section for about $120 when you initially paid over $270. We were also in contact with you frequently during this process to make sure you were updated. I'm sorry for the trouble and sincerely hope you enjoyed the event with your boyfriend!
