I would give negative stars if I could. Similar to other reviews, my experience with this company has been the worst I have experienced in a long time and I had wished I would have read reviews before I ordered. I hope you learn from my mistake and stay far away from dresslily. Believe me, it is not worth the risk or hassle. I ordered a dress and what arrived was not evn the same dress. Even if I would have liked it, the workmanship with the stitching was so poor no one would have ever worn it. Returning is a nightmare, even if it is their mistake. They make it difficult with their email and online help to get in touch with anyone and then they give you the run around. It wasn't until I disputed the charge through PayPal that they contacted me via email with some proposed solutions which are refund 75% of your expense and not have to ship, or return the item which is expensive to do over seas (and that is even IF they receive it). PayPal told me to dispute it through the credit card which is the advise I followed, however they won't refund without a return. To this day I still have no resolution and until dresslilly issues me a refund, I will take any opportunity to post my experience everywhere I can. If they step up and do the right thing, I will change my review. However I am not expecting much from what I have experienced so far.

After I posted this review and dresslily responded with their cut and paste response, I decided to take them up on their words of "committed to assisting every customer at any time." I contacted them again, told them I would change my negative review if they did right by me and refund my money as stated before. They told me they couldnt do it until paypal closed the case. I sent them a screen shot of my paypal account which states the status as closed. They responded they need something in writing from paypal. Why the status closed is not good enough I do not know. Less than a week later I tried to respond to the link in email where you can review you case with customer service and it says it is no longer valid. They terminated the link so I would have to start all over again contacting customer service, which I bet they will require all the same documentation over again. This is totally a scam and they basically steal peoples money by shipping them unwearable dresses, and in my case, not even the same dress I ordered! I will continue to post negative reviews anywhere I can about this horrible company so other people can be warned!
