I ordered 8/15/15, and just got my order 10/13/15. I did write a review earlier about this, and because of my review, they offered a refund; first for the price minus the shipping, then agreed to a full refund after I asked. They said they put it through and it will take some business days; but to be fair, I did just receive it, so I told them they do not have to. Interesting fabric, but the size surprisingly was right. I suggested to them that they should include the $2 fee in the price of the clothes and just give a tracking # to everyone. I did not pay the extra fee, and I did not know where the thing was. The shipping was a lot, 9 plus dollars, but it is coming from China. So you make up your mind from these facts.

Because it is international surface mail and there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company. Most orders sent with this service provider can arrive between 10 and 25 working days.
