I ordered slippers in November 2021. They showed as in stock and ready to ship by December 3,2021. They did not ship and on 12/10/21, I called to inquire. I was told that there were supply issues. When I stated that the company should have alerted me that the slippers may not ship in December, so I could get another Christmas gift, the agent simply hung up on me. When I called back, I found out that the agent had unilaterally and without my consent or authorization cancelled my order. The new agent placed the order again, but I went to the back of the line for the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold and then the call disconnected. The agent did call me back and said that a supervisor would return my call, but that never happened. This is a poorly run company and the fact that an agent went into my account, without my permission and cancelled my order is unacceptable. I would have never even known the order was cancelled. Couple that with the rude behavior of hanging up on a customer, this business must not care about their clients, only their profit. Buyer Beware.

In the times of the pandemic, I have been trying my best to support smaller companies, rather than buying everything on Amazon. I bought a leather sherpa furniture cover for my couch. It arrived, seemed poorly made and so I sent it back to today to return. It cost me $75 to return (cheapest, snail mail). Outrageous! The company surely has flat rate corporate shipping options for their customers. But, nope, you have to cover the costs of shipping yourself at the rate you get at the post office or UPS. So, I will be ordering from Amazon, where shipping is easy, free and predictable.

I bought the antelope artwork today and the price in the drop down box stated $118, but then the price at checkout was $200. Almost a $100 difference.
