The packaging and presentation are really nice for this company and their make up, for a young girl like me, I wanted nice items, but more affordable. Golden Rose is more affordable, but worse than even the discount dollar brands! The colors look vibrant in the packages, but just dont transfer to the skin.

I like the products they offer, but I am rather unhappy with the overall customer service. The clothes I ordered aone, are okay, even though they took a pretty long time to arrive. When I called, or tried to call rather, It was difficult to get ahold of anyone, but in the end everything was managed to my satisfaction.

I tried this site, twice, yes I know, the first time I got a voucher, I did nto read the fine print and pretty much lost out on my money. The second time, I made sure to read the restrictions AND follow them, but vendor didnt honor the voucher, and the living social site wouldnt refund the cost of the voucher. If you have money to burn, this is for you, if you work hard for you money like everyone else, run, run away now.
