Ordered an item on December 14. Never received it. Contacted customer service and just got excuses--never even an apology or an offer to refund my money or anything. They verified my info which was all correct and said they couldn't confirm anything because there was no tracking number, even though the email they sent me had a tracking number in it, which I sent back in response. Never really got an explanation about that tracking number... just kept being told that the item couldn't be tracked. So pretty much they just took my money. Will NOT be purchasing from them again.
