I am writing this review to HOPEFULLY Get the attention of the BuySpry customer service team. I ordered an Ipad Air 4th generation and spent $450 through Groupon, which BuySpry sells on. The unit arrived defective whereas if you charged it to 100% it would reboot after a few moments and show it was down to zero. No matter what the charge level is, it will do this. This was supposed to have been refurbished but the way they packed it with minimal packing, literally a bubble mailer wrapped with some bubble wrap sliding around in a larger box might have jostled something loose. I bought this for my wife for mothers day and she was very dissappointed. When I called the number on their website THAT Does not work, says they are sorry but the phone number is not working or something to that affect, STRIKE 1. I then go to their "live chat feature" which is nothing more than a ticketing system, for $450 I EXPECT To speak with someone live about this issue, STRIKE 2. I then am forced to email them and its been almost 24 hours and no response. Pathetic. STRIKE 3. At this point I am expecting a tested replacement in the color of my choice ( I ordered the blue since the pink was $50 more) and no extra cost to me. I will be happy to change this review ONCE I get some response and my issue is satisfactorily addressed. Right now I am unable to recommend this company for anything and to not have a phone number where i can speak with someone to resolve my issue after spending $450 I would recommend staying away FAR AWAY and buy from a company you can SPEAK with with your issue and not have to wait 24 hours for a response only to get a trouble shooting or whatever. I EXPECT A RESPONSE NOW after someone reads this from BuySpry.

I had ordered two special edition controllers which celebrate Chinese New Year from two separate sellers for 8Bitdo. One seller provides me with a tracking number then I get a message saying item is out of stock would I like some cheapo substitute controller and I said no but I never saw that message so they claimed they already shipped it. So then the item gets delivered to some address in Maine and not NY where I am located. DHGate closes it out as received although I opened a case saying it wasnt and was misdelivered. Seller then tells me they had the wrong tracking number and its on its way, so I am unable to get a refund. Second seller also ships my item to wrong address in NY and i did provide again the correct shipping address. Seller also said the item was out of stock and shipped me a substitute I did not want and not even close in the value for what I paid for the item I wanted. I NEVER Told the seller I wanted the substitute but yet they supposedly shipped it. I opened up a dispute asking for a refund and the seller is fighting me over it. Has declined my request twice for a refund I am still being told to wait for DHGate to get involved. I have provided photo proof of my address being one thing and the tracking information showing it was delivered to another town with another zip code. SCAM Artists stay away. I am working with my bank to reverse these charges but that is also slow going. Wont ever order again and I URGE you to do the same do not order from DHGate.

We rented from Siebert because our original vacation was cancelled to the Caribbean. Upon arriving we were greeted by dirty and not well maintained house. We rented 2875 Sandfiddler The Dolphin View and we were disgusted. They claimed they needed extra time because of Covid 19 but looks like the place was never cleaned. Piss in the toilet in our bathroom, chewed gum in the trash, food under furniture you can see, furniture was disgusting mold in the kitchen, door knob broken on the entry into the house. Main fridge in kitchen had layers of dust up top and inside was dirty with leftover condiments. Doors to pool were stuck and rotting, Everything was covered in dust, dirty worn carpets, dusty glasses in the bar. All they would do for us is refund the cleaning fee, yeah thanks. Mind you they sent a crew later to clean what SHOULD have been cleaned upon arrival.
Would NEVER EVER rent from Siebert again, completely unacceptable condition. Please see pics. Grills outside were gross, pool was not cleaned as they come and clean mid week. Our bedroom door did not even lock heck c'mon in were changing but no big deal our door does not lock. We had to go through cleaning door handles surfaces all dishes and utensils were gross, the garbage compactor was clogged with food. Kat did not want to be contacted via phone but email but we ended up speaking to her anyway, yeah the owner comes there often, RIGHT! Same standard BS Lies about owner and condition of house, well guess what all lies. There was fecal matter on the toilet seat downstairs in my daughters bathroom. The house needs an update for almost $8K for the week completely unacceptable. Chairs in kitchen were stained and disgusting cracked walls, dust on HVAC Vents. I felt bad having our friends come down with us and their kids to a disgusting house. We had hyped this up since we had a great experience with another Real Estate Company, Beach Pros. There was dried blood on the wall of our bedroom, broken slats in blinds in the bathroom, ceiling fan in first floor made a loud noise. Oh yeah and house shakes when walking along the outside deck

I am going to have to find the shirts i wanted someplace else who is reputable and cares about my business. I have now requested a full refund several times OR i want my items overnighted to me (we know that wont happen) LOL

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Still waiting for my items ordered June 8th

I ordered 3 T Shirts for a vacation I am going on, August 7th. First the order took forever to process, yes I UNDERSTAND the predicament we are in right now but at this point all companies that want to stay in business should have that figured out and carry on business to keep customers happy. It was then shipped out on June 28th. And been sitting somewhere in shipping purgatory since July 2nd. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I ordered with MORE than enough time to get these shirts for my trip but here we are 3 weeks away about and nothing. No one can help me from USPS or UPS Mail innovations. I am getting slow if any contact from Teepublic support, no phone support IS a deal breaker for me and your email responses are infuriatingly slow. Either refund my money or get me my shirts to me ASAP. I have ordered from other shirt companies and NEVER this experience. Not like these shirts were cheap either. If you care about my business FIX the issue!

Mercari is a horrible website when it comes to protecting sellers! I have a 70 feedback all positive and recently packed carefully a tested and working Wii console with games controllers etc, When buyer received it she claimed it did not read discs or eject them. I test ALL items before shipping as I sell both on Ebay, craigslist, Facebook marketplace and never do i have an issue. I explained I would be happy to have buyer file a claim with FedEx as I can only imagine it was dropped and caused the issue. So she requested a return not even 8 hours later before I could even email Mercari about getting ahead of the problem the grant her request, and It will be over my dead body before I let them make me lose $40 profit. Its just not right I am planning on pressing this one until I get satisfaction. According to their policy if an item is returned and not functioning as you sent it then I should be able to pursue it. How can they expect an honest seller to bear the burden of eating the cost of an item that was working when shipped and packed properly?

So I will give this App 2 stars because I have sold some stuff on here successfully but not without screening them and weeding them out first. I always tell people if you want to meet at my location you will IM or Text me first when you arrive because if they really want it they will show up. But my biggest beef is people do not read and they ask you whats already advertised in the ad so I get annoyed and say read the ad that is usually followed up with no reply which in turn I leave them a 1 star review (If I can actually do that sometimes no review button which is suspect) saying they are rude and have no manners, apparently its acceptable this day and age to not respond. Either way my feedback is ALWAYS Say you are required to message me when you get to your safe meeting location and then you meet them, its ok to make people wait, if not you get stiffed.

I have been a member of My Coke Rewards for over 7 years and the way it is today December 2015 is a shadow of itself. Aside from the constant reduction in caps allowed per week like it matters how many caps if i purchased or had them donated then I should be able to enter them as fast as I want. I used to have a buddy never met him giving me TONS of caps just charged me to ship them to me no matter how I got them though its a lot of work to read those tiny codes some are just illegible but to enter them all week after wee. Then they started to eliminate the decent rewards, then the amount per week continued to decrease to the paltry 75 points which is 25 caps per week. I did all those lame contest and won ONLY once years ago and it was a DJ Hero prize I was shocked since I never win anything and from the sounds of what I read no one else does either. I had entered several hundred caps for a contest this past summer for soccer and LOST each and every time a lot of BS. Then they went to that social networking BS which is really crap, No i dont care about my status, NO I wont do free advertising for you on my Facebook Page, NO I wont subject others to your silly advertising trying to entice others to poison themselves with your sugar water. Now I went back to check to see if the Amazon GCs had gone up in points and they are gone, now they have total crap. Nike great if you want athletic stuff but I loved Amazon i could buy anything now forget about it, I don't want to donate them I don't want restaurant gift cards or crappy skins for my phone or laptop that cost maybe $10 at best. I don't want coke memorabilia a crap Chinese imitation pill speaker OR coke clothing... IDC about that stuff. But now they have nothing good i am on the fence whether to finish my box of caps or just donate them to someone else. Pisses me off.
