December 22 I placed an order for a cable to use with my Blue-ray player. I was told 5-6 business days for delivery. I understood during the holidays my package might take longer to get to me. That being said, 4 weeks to deliver one small order!?! I never encountered such incompetence. I now wait to see if they sent me the correct order or even a serviceable item, which at this point I doubt it. The tracking number is useless since the last update was last Saturday. Never again. I will make a formal complaint with their corporate office in any case.
