I received 2 defective items out of 3 orders from Wayfair.com. I fixed one myself and tried to return the other defective item. Wayfair.com lists 2 methods for returns, but neither one works. The first method requests an order number and email, but just erases the data after you input it. After logging in and checking the item in question, the site puts me into a loop, claiming the item was not checked. Zero for two. Waiting to hear back from customer service, after wasting time trying the 2 methods offered by Wayfair.com that don't work.
